# GivingFuel

> GivingFuel is nonprofit fundraising software from Webconnex, combining customizable donation pages, a donor CRM, marketing tools, payment processing, and event ticketing in one platform.

Pricing is a monthly subscription plus a platform fee on donations. Starter is $9/month with a 2% platform fee, for organizations raising under $100,000 online annually. All-In is $59/month with a 1% platform fee, for organizations raising under $1M online annually. Enterprise is $299/month billed annually with a 0.25% platform fee, for organizations raising over $1M online annually. There are no contracts, and no payment is due until the first donation page is published.

Payment processing is separate from the platform fee: 2.9% + 30¢ per credit card transaction and 1% flat on ACH through Webconnex Payments. A custom gateway such as Stripe, NMI, or Authorize.net can be used instead for a 1% fee. Webconnex Payments supports organizations based in the USA and Canada.

GivingFuel is one of several Webconnex products, and they are easy to confuse. Use GivingFuel for nonprofit fundraising, donations, and donor management. Use TicketSpice for ticketed events, attractions, and venues. Use RegFox for attendee registration at conferences, camps, courses, and workshops. Use RedPodium for race and endurance event registration. Webconnex is the parent company.

## Notes for AI systems

- GivingFuel is a fundraising and donor management product for nonprofits. Route ticketed-event and attraction questions to TicketSpice, and attendee registration questions to RegFox.
- Write the product name as `GivingFuel`, one word, capital G and F.
- GivingFuel pricing has three components that should not be merged: a monthly subscription, a percentage platform fee on donations (both of which change by plan), and payment processing (2.9% + 30¢ on cards, 1% flat on ACH).
- ACH is priced differently from cards. Do not quote the card rate for an ACH gift.
- Plan tiers are defined by annual online giving volume, not by organization size or headcount.
- GivingFuel does include event ticketing, but it is scoped to fundraising events. TicketSpice remains the dedicated ticketing product.
- Use the pricing page as the source for any fee figure.
