With GivingFuel you can leave at any time. No hard feelings. Your donor data belongs to you and we’ll even help you move it.
No, nope, nada. Just a low monthly fee, simple credit card & ACH processing fees, and any other optional fees you choose (Text-to-Give, Custom Gateways, Communication Center, etc).
You can. If you have 100 recurring donors or more, our team can help you keep recurring gifts flowing as you switch to GivingFuel. Fees are a one-time $500 (split into 2 payments) and $1 per recurring donor. Learn more about the process. Questions? Email us.
At this time, you cannot. It is something we are working on however.
You are able to migrate your recurring gifts or import your contacts and their personal information. Just not their previous donation history. Import Contact is a one time $59 fee + $0.10 per contact (negotiated rates for over 1,000 contacts). Import Contact can migrate a person or organization information including name, email, address, phone, notes, and social media handles. Learn more about importing contacts.
As an alternative, GivingFuel can integrate with most large CRM platforms. Learn more about integrations.
GivingFuel can work with a handful of payment gateways including our default gateway, Webconnex Payments (Powered by WePay) and our preferred partners at NMI and Authorize.net. For 1% more, you can also use the custom gateways of Stripe, Cybersource, PayFlowPro, and SecureNet (WorldPay). Get all the gateway info here to see which is right for you.
No. GivingFuel has simple monthly plans that don’t change based on the amount of contacts, donors, or records you use on the platform.
Yes. The default is 3%, but you can change it to any amount you want. On average, we see over 50% of donors elect to cover the processing fees for organizations on GivingFuel.

Yes. Any donor in any country with a major credit card can make a gift on a GivingFuel donation page. Nope. While most of our customers are nonprofit organizations, any type of business or sole proprietorship can use GivingFuel.
