It’s true - no contracts. For organizations doing impactful work in their communities or around the world, we didn’t like the idea of anyone feeling stuck in a contract they didn’t want. With GivingFuel you can leave at any time. No hard feelings. Your donor data belongs to you and we’ll even help you move it.

Can I migrate recurring donations to keep them processing?

You can! If you have recurring donors on another platform, our team can help you keep recurring gifts flowing as you switch to GivingFuel. Fees discussed during onboarding. Learn more about the process. Questions? Email us.

Can I migrate my historic donation data into GivingFuel?

You can! More info on this is provided in the onboarding process.

What payment gateways can I use?

GivingFuel by default works with our in house payment processor called Webconnex Payments. If you are processing $500,000 or more in online donations annually and are hesitant to switch payment processors we can discuss migrating you and keeping your current payment processor. Contact Sales.

Is your pricing “per contact”?

No. GivingFuel has one simple plan that doesn’t change based on the amount of contacts, donors, or records you use on the platform.

Do we have to be a nonprofit to use GivingFuel?

Nope. While most of our customers are nonprofit organizations, any type of business or sole proprietorship can use GivingFuel.

Can you do whitelabelling, domain masking, or logo removal?
